Paper Secrets September sketch challenge

Friday, September 9, 2011

Hello friends. TGIF! Wow this week really flew by! What are your crafty plans for the weekend? I'll be at Michaels in Hawthorne Ca on Saturday promoting my scrapbooking and card making classes from 1pm-3pm. Some of you might not know that EK Success Brands has teamed up with Michaels to bring you some great classes like Spotted Canary Scrapbooking classes, Martha Stewart classes and several Paper Ed classes. I am proud to be teaching the Scrapbooking, Martha Stewart and Card Tricks classes. I am also excited to share that during our Open House all classes are 50% of the course fee. It's a great deal and there is something for everyone. Visit Michaels website for more info!

Today I am sharing a layout I created for the September sketch challenge at Paper Secrets using We R Memory Keepers products and the Sew Easy tool. You can load up your take on this month's sketch until September 30th and be entered to win a $10 Paper Secrets gift card.

Supplies: Patterned paper, stickers and chipboard We R memory Keepers Be My Valentine collection. Sew easy tool and thread We R memory Keepers.  Bling : Recollections. Chipboard 4 American Crafts. Mini Alpha's My Little Shoebox.

Here's a detailed look at my stitched hearts. I created the template from tracing a chipboard heart from Maya Road. I really love creating with the Sew Easy tool. It's fun and really is easy to use.
Make sure you visit the Paper Secrets Forum for more chances to win gift cards to the Paper Secrets store. They just got some brand new products in! Ordering from the Paper Secrets Store is fast and easy!

Have a crafty weekend!
