Unity and Misti!

Friday, May 26, 2017

Hello Unity friends! Thanks for joining us today as we hop with

I'm so excited to be sharing some Unity/Misti creations with you today. A super big thank you to My Sweet Petunia!

Using the Misti to stamp was life changing! So many times I went to stamp an image and it came out crooked or there was not enough ink.
Not after the Misti!
The Misti makes precision stamping so easy!

It helps to create cards like this one easy!
I used Versamark and gold embossing powder to make the coloring stand out. With the Misti, I can place my cardstock on the stamping platform and then position the stamp before I ink it up.

One tip I want to share I learned from Jennifer Mcguire is to take the top sheet of your Misti grid paper and laminate it. This makes it easy to wipe away the ink so you can conserve the sheets that come with the Misti and you can also use it for mirror stamping techniques. What's that you say? Yep, I tested it and it works!

For the Dads and men in our lives

Hello friends. Father's Day is just a month away and Anna had an awesome new product on her May HSN show for masculine cards.

Here's a look at Acetate card layers for him.

Just add some twine and a few of Anna's 3D stickers and you've got a great card for the guy in your life.

This car sticker was fun to add to this design.

Thanks for stopping by!

His and Hers letterpress folders

Saturday, May 20, 2017

Hello friends! I am back again sharing some designs with Anna Griffin's His & Hers letterpress cards. These folders were fun and easy to create with and the results made some beautifu cards.

Anna's Collage Toppers were easy to add to this design.

Oh the flamingoes! They don't have to be pink!

I chose to use the pineapple design for a masculine card.

I love how the red ink really made this card bold and fun.

Anna Griffin Accordian Fold Embossing folders

Friday, May 19, 2017

Hello friends! Today I am excited to share some samples I created using Anna's Accordian Fold embossing folders. These folders are, as Anna says a "One and done!" emboss.

I could not believe how easy these were to run through my cuttlebug and embellish into beautiful cards!

Here's a look at some of my designs.

I embellished the front of the card and used Anna's butterfly die to create my focal point. Layering a die twice adds dimension and glitter paper makes it pop.

Then you simply slide off the bow to reveal the beauty of the inside!

This one is a little more simple on the cover design but the large bow makes it pretty.

And a few more sanding, inking and just added frills!

This bow die you may already have in your collection fits the front! You can really have alot of fun with this folder.

I love the way the inkng turned out on this one. So fun and pretty!

A pretty purple baby themed one.

These cards were so fun and easy to create! The folders are a must-have. I am not surprised they sold out so quickly. You can sign up at HSN.com to get an alert if they come back into stock.

Thanks for stopping by today!!
