Craft Day is here on HSN!!! Sharing some new products from Kingston Crafts.

Tuesday, March 2, 2021

Hi friends! I'm so excited that craft day is finally here on HSN!! Today HSN is kicking off Nation Craft Month, how appropriate is it that this happens in March which also happens to be my birthday month!!!

There are SO many amazing things releasing today but in this post, I am going to share some beauties from Kingston Crafts.

First up is the Spring Box O Chipboard

So I subscribe to the Spellbinders Large and Small die set as well as the Hot Foil kit each month so I got out all my fun sets and went to town creating with this fun box of Spring themed accents.

I love that Beth has created her line to coordinate with all of your dies, your Cricut machine, your existing stamps, and all the things that you already own!

Next up is the embellishment kit.

I used these fun sequins to create some shaker cards and the acetate embellishments! They are all airing on HSN today!

Shaker card dies from Anna Griffin

Tuesday, July 25, 2017

Hello there. I really had fun creating with Anna's confetti dies. I completely forgot to share my creations with these fun dies that debuted in her May show on HSN.

Here's a look at what I created with them.

This one was one of my favorites.

I think the stars were my favorite!

I took a die cut from one of Anna's paper collections and cut out the center with a craft knife, then I applied acetate to the backside, used some of Anna's sticker sentiments for the inside and sprinkled in some white beads with the glitter cardstock dies. I then used Therm-O-Web's 3D foam squares to adhere the shaker box to the card base. It's definitely a stunning finished look.

All those shimmery sequins!

Thank you for stopping by today!

Albums Made Easy Monday

Monday, November 4, 2013

Hello friends! It's hard to believe that Halloween came and went so fast this year. I hope you had fun with your littles. I had so much fun with my daughter but Friday I was totally beat from Trick or Treating. Those kids can go and go right?

So in today's post I am wrapping up using the Bewitched collection from We R Memory Keepers. next week I'll be featuring our Fall collection, Harvest.

I thought it would be fun to make a shaker insert from one of the die cuts in the Bewitched Albums Made Easy collection.

First choose what you want in your shaker

Next I cut a cellophane bag at the corner a little smaller than 3"x 4" so that the bottom and side were sealed. Then add the goodies inside that you want to use and use adhesive to seal the open side and top.

Then I used foam dots and place the shaker in the center and cover the top with the same die cut.

Here's the finished card. I added some washi tape and a fussy cut a snippet from another journal card with my Tiny attacher. (If you don't own this handy little tool from Tim Holtz, I highly suggest you use a coupon and purchase from Micahels, I love this tool!)

And here's how it looks in the Albums Made Easy page protector with some of the 4x6 and 3x4 inserts.

I hope you'll give today's technique a try and link up your posts if you share what you created on your personal blog or forum. I'd love to stop by and see them!

I love creating with the Albums Made Easy collection and hope you are gaining some useful tips and ideas from these weekly posts.

Please tell me what you think about today's tip. I'll be choosing one lucky commenter to win a mix of these Albums Made Easy inserts from the Bewitched collection.

If you have any questions about the Albums Made Easy system, feel free to leave a comment and I'll be happy to answer them.

Have a creative day!
