O.K. here we go!

Let me introduce the Autumn Wishes stamp and stencil that also features a detail stencil and matching dies.

For today's hop, I created this fun fall-themed card with this beautiful set. I used a variety of Gina K. Designs inks to create a collage of leaves on my card base. Then I used the coordinating stencil to ink the centers with darker shades of that same colors of Gina K inks. Then I stamped my sentiment and embossed the solid cardstock to create this card design.

Next up is the new Wishing you Joy Stamp and stencil which also features a detail stencil and coordinating dies.

For this card I stamped the ornament image in a lighter shade of ink and used the stencil and a darker shade of blue ink to create the swirls.

We've also got some amazing new colors of Glitz glitter gels! These are limited edition colors so you don't want to wait to add these to your stash! With your favorite stencils, these gels spread smoothly and the result is a glitzy, glamorous look for your cards and projects!

The first new color is

Pumpkin Spice

 and
Holiday Pine
For my last card, I used the new Holiday Pine Glitz glitter gel and the coordinating detail stencil to create a Christmas tree on my card.

Now for the fun stuff! You have TWO chances to win a $50 gift card for participating. One gift card is good at the Therm-O-Web website and one is good at Gina K's website. Exciting right? What do you need to do to win you say? Well, that part is easy breezy! Just log into Rafflecopter below to enter to win!

Saturday, September 15, 2018

I love the look of white on white cards, so I thought it would be fun to used dies as a background on white cardstock. Then I added my die cut sentiment using some pink matte foil cardstock.

Tuesday, December 5, 2017

Hello there. Thank you for joining me for

All this month I'll be sharing a different holiday themed card right up til Christmas eve. I'm on day 6 and today's card is super fun.

I love the Happy Holidays Circle Frame from My Favorite Things. I used some of Gina K Designs Foil Mates and Therm-o-web Mempory Tape Runner XL. I love, love this adhesive.

I used a left over snowflake die from another project I worked on recently and added a button and twine to finish off my card.

That's all for today. I hope you are enjoying the cards so far.

Join me tomorrow for Day 7.

25 Days of Holiday Cards Day 5

Monday, December 4, 2017

Hello! Welcome back for Day 5 of
Today's card features a card I created with the negative image of a Gina K. Designs Foil Mate.

These are so fun to create with but I can not bring myself to throw away the negative image of the foil. So I framed it over a piece of embossed cardstock.

This is an easy technique with a beautiful result.

I hope you will join me tomorrow for Day 6!

Mixed Media Canvas featuring Rebekah Meier products

Friday, August 4, 2017

Hello there, today I am sharing a fun mixed media 6x6 canvas I created with a few of Rebekah Meier’s new Mixed Media line for Therm O Web and some odds and ends from my craft stash.

Mixed Media Butterfly 6x6 Canvas
Therm-O-Web Supplies: Rebekah Meier Designs Mixed Media Medium Jar 4 fl oz Rebekah Meier Designs Mixed Media Adhesive sheets 9x12 (3 sheets per pack) Deco Foil™ Transfer Gel Rebekah Meier Designs Transfer Foil 6″ x 6″ (12 sheets per pack) • Patina iCraft Mixed Media Adhesive 2.1 fl oz 3D WHITE FOAM SQUARE • 1/4 IN

Other Supplies: Recollections white flowers Recollections die cut frame Petaloo flowers Unity Stamp Company sentiment The Crafters Workshop Mini Butterfly Trail 6x6 Stencil ________________________________________________________________________
Mixed Media Butterfly Canvas Instructions:
I chose a piece of text paper from Anna Griffin to adhere a 6x6 piece of Rebekah Meier Designs Mixed Media Adhesive sheets 9x12  to. Next, I misted the paper with 2 different colors of Glimmer Mist. Next I used some painters tape to tape down the Crafters Workshop Mini Butterfly Trail 6x6 Stencil to my cardstock.

For the next step, I applied the Deco Foil™ Transfer Gel over the stencil and then lifted the stencil so the design could dry. I noticed that the Glimmer mist bled thru the transfer gel but that didn't matter since I was going to foil the image with Rebekah Meier Designs Transfer Foil 6″ x 6″ (12 sheets per pack) • Patina.

Now that the transfer gel was foiled, I was ready to adhere the Rebekah Meier Designs Mixed Media Adhesive sheet to the canvas and decorate.

I used a paintbrush to apply some of the  Rebekah Meier Designs Mixed Media Medium to adhere the frame onto my canvas. This medium works great for adhering paper and other paper elements to the canvas. It can also be used over the image to add a seal to it.

After adhering the frame, I cut a butterfly die twice and layered it with a 3D WHITE FOAM SQUARE • 1/4 IN. I then applied a small amount of the Rebekah Meier Designs Mixed Media Medium to the bottom and adhered it to the frame. I finished my project with a stamped sentiment and some Petaloo flowers.

All of the embellishments I used were items I already had in my craft stash. I love being able to use up older items rather than purchasing more things I might not use right away. These smaller canvases are easy to create quickly and make great gifts. Look through your stash and see what you can find to create with today.

Shaker card dies from Anna Griffin

Tuesday, July 25, 2017

Hello there. I really had fun creating with Anna's confetti dies. I completely forgot to share my creations with these fun dies that debuted in her May show on HSN.

Here's a look at what I created with them.

This one was one of my favorites.

I think the stars were my favorite!

I took a die cut from one of Anna's paper collections and cut out the center with a craft knife, then I applied acetate to the backside, used some of Anna's sticker sentiments for the inside and sprinkled in some white beads with the glitter cardstock dies. I then used Therm-O-Web's 3D foam squares to adhere the shaker box to the card base. It's definitely a stunning finished look.

All those shimmery sequins!

A little washi fun

Sunday, July 16, 2017

Hello, friends! My friend Jolane is such an enabler. She posts these awesome and fun videos from the parking lot of Michaels and her latest one was about washi tape being on sale. She had me at unicorns so naturally, I went on the hunt.

I ended up finding the Unicorns as well as Mermaids!!
Here's a few cards I created with them.

I layered different patterns of the washi tape on the card base and coordinated some fun stamps. I layered them on the washi tape using my favorite 3D foam squares from Therm-O-Web.ther

These were easy and quick to create.

I think I am officially obsessed with washi tape now.
