First is a card I made with a snowflake stamp I got in my last order. I decided to wallpaper the image with two different color inks outdoor denim and crystal blue. I stamped the images first and then embossed the white card stock with the snowflake dye. It looks really nice when it's finished. I also use waxy flax to tie the snowflake button onto the ribbon. You can pick up many decorative themed buttons to add to your cards at Joanns.
The second card I wanted to cut a hole to create a window effect. Then I added some Stickles to a portion of the stamp. I love embossing white card stock. It really gives the cards a clean look. I added a clear snowflake to the sentiment for a little extra bling.
This card was pretty quick. It took me about 10 mins from start to finish. I just stamped the images and embossed them with clear powder and added a few scraps from my scrap bin. Can you tell I was loving the outdoor denim ink by Close to My Heart?
Here's my card from the Unity is golden challenge yesterday.I made this little guy for the hip hop. Love this little owl. He's so cute!
Well that's it for today! Hope you have a great weekend and make something crafty!
